Regular

Who may join?

Regular Membership - Any individual of legal age and with capacity to enter into agreement or contract, preferably with source of income and residing within the area of operation of SMPC.

Requirements
  • Duly filled-up application form.
  • Photocopy of two (2) valid I.D.s.
  • Two (2) pcs. 2x2 I.D. picture.
  • Barangay Certification.
  • Must undergo Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES).

Associate

Associate Membership

Any individual who would like to open a savings deposit account with SMPC regardless of age may join by accomplishing the Application Form.

Associate Adult (18 years old and above)
  • Duly accomplished application form.
  • Two (2) valid I.D.s (preferably Government issued I.D.).
  • Two (2) pcs. 2x2 I.D. picture.
  • Membership fee of P100.00, initial deposit of P500.00, and P40.00 for passbook.
Youth and Minor (Below 18 years old)
  • Duly accomplished application form.
  • Two (2) pcs. 2x2 I.D. picture.
  • Certificate of Live birth.
  • Initial deposit of P100.00 and P40.00 for passbook.
  • Parents or guardian must be present during opening of account.
Deposit in Trust
  • Duly accomplished application form.
  • Two (2) valid I.D.s each of the representatives/signatories.
  • Two (2) pcs. 2x2 I.D. each of the representatives/signatories.
  • Membership fee of P100.00, initial deposit of P500.00, and P40.00 for passbook.
  • Photocopy of the organization's By-laws and Certificate of Registration.
  • Board of Resolution to open account with SMPC.
  • For informal groups, Letter of Intent to open an account with SMPC.

  • Cooperatives are voluntary organizations.
  • Open to all persons.
  • Able to use the services.
  • And willing to accept the responsibilities.
  • Without gender, social, racial, political, or religious discrimination.
