A strong, dynamic, people and service oriented cooperative managed by committed officers and members to promote cooperativism as instrument of equity, solidarity, economic development, and social justice.

To develop people and resources for the attainment of the economic, political and cultural upliftment and enhance the condition that affect this attainment of a better fuller life.
To foster the growth of cooperatives as practical vehicle for promoting self-reliance, mutual assistance and harnessing people power towards the attainment of economic development and social justice.
To promote and undertake economic development programs in the municipal level to increase income and employment opportunities based on self-reliance and mutual assistance.
To create linkages with the government and other private institutions to become productive partners in developing human skills and promoting entrepreneurship in the countryside.
